Narrative Description of Project:

1)       Demand forecast;

2)       Analysis of container handling capacity;

3)       Possible development of container handling facilities;

4)       Engineering study and basic design of channel and basins, container berths and container terminals with buildings and utilities, quayside container cranes, and dredging and reclamation works;

5)       Analysis of national economic effects and financial issues of SLPA;

6)       Assessment of sedimentation in North Channel;

7)       Formation of improvement program;

8)       Evaluation of the project from technical, economic and financial aspects;

9)       Recommendations for implementation planand

10)   Preparation of Inception, Progress, Draft Final and Final Reports.
