Narrative Description of Project:
Objective of the project is to enhance the efficiency of container handling in Jaya Container Terminal (JCT) by execution of the following improvement works for container yard of JCT No. 1 and No. 2 :
1) Change of the original asphalt paving;
2) Raising of the prestressed concrete track lane of transfer cranes to the correct level;
3) Adjustment of PC slab joints;
4) Repair of deteriorated yard area;
5) Yard marking; and
6) Repair of damaged PC slabs.

Description of Actual Services Provided by Your Staff:
Consulting services provided by our staff cover the following :
1) Issue of Variation Orders required for the additional works to the Contractor;
2) Detailed design and preparation of Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities;
3) Supervision of construction works;
4) Preparation of Progress Report and Completion Report; and
5) Issue of Taking-Over Certificate to the Contractor.
