Narrative Description of Project:

The Study is aimed to :

1)         form rehabilitation sub-projects in the road sector and port sector;

2)         make recommendations to the Government of Indonesia on operation and maintenance;

3)         recommend programs of operation and maintenance of rehabilitation sub-projects;

4)         have a technical seminar on asset management to spread and share the knowledge; and

5)         make an advanced training program for managers of operation and maintenance.

Description of Actual Services Provided by Your Staff:

The consulting services provided by our staff cover the following :

1)       Follow-up of realization of JBIC’s recommendations on asset management of the infrastructure facilities constructed under JBIC ODA loans;

2)       Establishment of evaluation criteria for selection of rehabilitation sub-projects;

3)       Renewal of long list of rehabilitation sub-projects and selection of the sub-projects of higher priority;

4)       Simplified feasibility study on some of the sub-projects selected;

5)       Seminar on the asset management for the government officers concerned;

6)       Preparation of maintenance and operation program for the selected sub-projects;

7)       Preparation of implementation program for the selected sub-projects; and

8)       Preparation of pre-evaluation sheet and project status report.
