Narrative Description of Project:

Description of Actual Services Provided by Your Staff:

The consulting services provided by our staff cover the following :

1)      Preparation of Inception Report;

2)      Study mobilization including discussions among steering committee, counterparts and study team members;

3)      Analysis of existing conditions;

4)      Conduct of field surveys;

5)      Formulation of long-term port development strategy including regional development scenario setting, port traffic demand forecast, estimation of required port infrastructure, and comparative analysis of candidate port sites; and

6)      Preparation of Interim Report.
